When I was making this one, I had to think about the artist Hundertwasser. I googled the man and the day I started making this drawing, which was yesterday,  was exactly ten years after he died. I don't really believe in   supernatural happenings and angels, but I have to admit this feels like a gift from the other side.
I happen to be a fan of Hundertwassers work, but haven't thought about him for maybe a year until yesterday.

Anyway: google Hundertwasser and get inspired to make the world more colorful

searching for an illustration 1

'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain.'

what about this one? although dancing seems quite difficult without legs, it is still possible to have a swinging life?

what is life about??

I  got the following line by  mail a couple of days ago and I like it a lot. Feels like a part of the truth anyway.

'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain.'

I'm going to look for a suitable illustration. and I'll try several ones in the days to come.

morning song, first draft

flying lessons in the night

Morning song

Hello reluctance, my not so welcome mate
Here you are again
You know I want to ignore you
You know I want to not know you
But then again I know you’ll stay with me
Until we’ve danced
Until we’ve danced our old, so well known dance
I know you’ll stay until we smile again
The both of us
I know you’ll stay until we laugh again
I know that then you’ll leave again quietly until...
Until tomorrow

today I need a lot of color

Today I needed a lot of color, because...... the weather was awfull, I was having a cold and I was feeling bad. Or is this all just nonsense and do I always want a lot of color?

So I went out and look! There was the king of colorland himself. Make way. make way! Hooray, hooray, hooray!
